定義と使用法

hidden（）メソッドは、選択した要素を非表示にします。

ヒント：これは、CSSプロパティdisplay：noneに似ています。

注：非表示の要素はまったく表示されません（ページのレイアウトには影響しなくなりました）。

ヒント：非表示の要素を表示するには、 show（）メソッドを確認してください。

speed	Optional. Specifies the speed of the hide effect. Default value is 400 milliseconds Possible values: milliseconds "slow" "fast"
