Openメソッドは、テーブル内のレコード、クエリの結果、または保存されたRecordsetへのアクセスを提供するデータベース要素を開きます。
ヒント：システムリソースを解放するには、Recordsetオブジェクトを使用した後は必ず閉じてください。RecordsetオブジェクトをNothingに設定して、メモリから完全に削除します。

- A relative/full file path name
- A Command object
- An SQL statement
